    Booking Request
    Access to the Bryce will be available 15 minutes before your hire start time (unless other arrangements are agreed with the Management Committee). 

    Any over-run to the agreed times of hire will be charged at the normal hourly hire rate.
    Bar facilities are provided at the discretion of the Management Committee.
    * When hiring the BATS Stage, basic lighting only is provided. If you require stage lighting, this is by arrangement with Burneside Amateur Theatrical Society and is subject to separate hire costs.
    WHEN YOUR EVENT IS FINISHED, THE ROOM (S) MUST BE LEFT CLEAR AND TIDY FOR THE NEXT USER(S).

    PLEASE ENSURE THAT TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE STORED IN THEIR ORIGINAL POSITIONS AND THAT ALL CROCKERY IS WASHED AND STORED.
